2. General

The protection of your personal data is important to us. We process data exclusively on the basis of statutory provisions (GDPR, BDSG, TDDDG).

3. Server log files

When this website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically stores information in server log files (IP address, date/time, requested file, browser type). This serves technical security and the operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Fonts

The "Poppins" typeface is served locally from our server. For selected headings we use the "Ciclo Display" typeface via Adobe Fonts (Adobe Systems Software Ireland Ltd.). When the site loads, a connection is established to Adobe servers (use.typekit.net) and your IP address is transmitted to Adobe (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No connection is made to Google Fonts.

5. Cookies & consent

We only store what is technically necessary to remember your cookie choice (stored locally in your browser, not a cookie). Everything else – in particular web analytics – only takes place if you have actively consented beforehand (Sec. 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without your consent, no analytics cookies are set and no data is transmitted to Google.

You can change or withdraw your decision at any time with effect for the future – via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page.

6. Google Analytics

Following your consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to analyse how our website is used (e.g. pages viewed, time on site, approximate region, device and browser). We use the results solely to improve our website.

Your IP address is processed in truncated form and is not merged with other Google data. Transfer to the USA cannot be excluded; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and standard contractual clauses are additionally in place. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Google.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Sec. 25(1) TDDDG). You may withdraw it at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer; the lawfulness of processing carried out until then remains unaffected. Further information: policies.google.com/privacy.

If you contact us by e-mail, your details are stored to process the request (Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR).

8. Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
